We recently went on a boat ride along the banks of the Palo Verde National Park. Apparently there are 100 crocs per kilometer in the river according to our tour guide, though we only saw a few since it was high tide. The white faced monkeys we are told are very intelligent and can work together as a group with tools to hunt. They were also very curious.
