We took a trip to La Leona waterfalls. It was fun, intense and one needs the right shoes. Lots of time spent in the water, struggling in the current. Not for the faint of heart. As my wife said when asked...: "Not sure it's worth it for the ten minutes of terror."
For me it wasn't that scary. But then again, I'm way more comfortable in the water than she. I suppose it's all perspective. Here's a short video:
