I started my career in photography in the darkroom. It was because of the darkroom, where all the magic of photography was created and manifested. I felt like a magician, a wizard. An artist of sorts.
Today, the darkroom is the computer and digital cameras of course. However, back in the day, we had a choice of shooting colour or black and white film. Now it's all captured digitally and converted later. I always mimic the old days of black and white photojournalism. It's timeless, soulful and still popular with all ages.
